The northern Swell offers many great viewpoints, such as Pinnacle #1, San Rafael Knob, or Train Robbers Mesa. In the southern Swell, Chute Buttress has to top the list as offering the best views in the area. This is an absolute classic hike for those wanting big views. The hike winds its way up to the highest point in the southern Swell. Expect a moderate hike with quite a bit of scrambling.
