Great Hand Prints - Monarch Cave - Cedar Mesa
Monarch Cave was one of my first introductions to visiting ruins on Cedar Mesa back in the 90's, and I still consider it one of the best. Like most of the Butler Wash ruins, it is a short hike (1-2 hours), but the ruin is excellent, and in an absolutely stunning position. For photos, morning lighting seems best.
This is a highly recommended introduction to the Butler Wash ruins, and is very family friendly.
