FLASH FLOOD DANGER: Moderate, but you can see the whole drainage and skies on the approach.
SEASON: Any, although summers can be hot. Roads can be difficult to pass in the winter.

Hype:

Maybe Minbender, between Mindbender and Not Mindbender, is a great little outing. The slot section is a little longer than Mindbender, quite a bit shorter than Not Mindbender, but a lot of fun either way. As of winter 2009, this canyon contains mostly bolted anchors. The canyon has several tight sections that could be climbed over by larger canyoneers, but it should be noted that those over about 180 lbs. may have to work hard in a couple of spots. (You have been warned!)
