Hype:
Slideanide is a great, short canyon on the south side of Poison Spring. Those with higher ability than myself have downclimbed the entire canyon. Others have done 4 or more raps. This is a great place to work on your downclimbing and partner spotting skills.Login For Full Details!

My History:
On 1/18/2004, myself (Ryan Cornia), Mark McCray, and Kent Beverly descended the canyon to within 50 meters of the final rappel. Here we encountered a pool of unkown depth. Being January, none of us wanted to proceeed, so we re-ascended the canyon, jugging a couple of ropes we had left at the harder downclimbs.I later went back with a group and finished the canyon, finding webbing at the last rappel. Shortly after, another group descended it and the beta became available on climb-utah.com as Slideanide.
